Check this out. This might actually be feasible. We could have a wind turbine in our yard. It looks like you can get a full kit for $1750 (plus a tower to put it on).

Starting in June if you order water while on your Southwest Flight it will come from this spiffy new can of water.. You read that right "CAN of Water". Southwest has this habit of pouring your drink into a plastic cup with ice for you so you may have to ask to have your can.

Now if we could only buy something like this in a store.

Note: I did do a quick Google search to find some canned water to buy and did actually find a company in North Carolina that sells the stuff for $2.25 a case, which is a pretty dang good price if you ask me, but they do have a minimum order of 100 cases which is quite a bit of water and shipping may turn out to be kind of expensive because of the weight.

Tommy D. to Race Tour of Utah

Unfortunately for Tom Danielson injuries have prevented him from reaching top form in time for the Tour de France. Because of this he was not selected for Slipstream-Chipotle's (soon to be Garmin-Chipotle) Tour team. However, this is not without positive consequences (at least for me and many other fans). Since Tom will not be going to the Tour de France he will be doing a number of races in the United States. This includes the upcoming Tour of Utah. This should be an ideal race for the climbing specialist. In addition, Dave Zabriskie has not fully recovered from his cracked vertebrae in the Giro and will not be racing the Tour. So, there is a chance we could see him as well. Finally, Rock Racing is also on the list of teams for the Tour of Utah. If they bring Tyler Hamilton, Oscar Sevilla, and Santiago Botero it could be an amazing race.

RSS Section Added To The Site

I have built a new RSS Feed section for the site. It is still new and I will continue to work on it. I put it up so people could enjoy it and have an easy place to keep track of all their RSS Feeds. Feel free to add your favorites to the site so others can enjoy them too.

For those of you unfamiliar with RSS, it stands for Really Simple Syndication. Basically what it does is go to your favorite websites and grab the latest content. Then you can display it all in one spot to make it easy to find the new stuff you want to go look at.
